How Not Getting Enough Sleep Can Make Losing Weight More Difficult 

 

Overweight and obesity are said to be a contributing factor in developing type 2 diabetes for many people. That doesn’t mean that overweight and obese person will automatically develop type 2 diabetes, but there is overwhelming evidence that show a connection. 

I learned the value of getting good quality sleep, and how it contributes to losing weight, having more energy, having a clear head, better focus, and better moods throughout the day.
