Finding Your Independence From Food Addiction

It’s one thing to have a craving for a certain food, and another to actually be addicted to food. Food addiction is a real issue for some.

Are you or someone you know struggling with an addiction to food? Perhaps you’re not sure, but you do have concerns.

If so, you’re not alone. Our relationship with food affects our lives in so many ways, and not just health wise. From our social life to our mental health and how we feel about ourselves, to how we believe other people view us, how (and why) we eat plays a major role in our lives.

In this week’s episode of the Journey Journal, I share:

  1. How to know if you’re addicted to food

  2. My recommendations for enjoying a healthy relationship with food so you can finally be free from your addiction to food

It’s time to take control of your health and eating habits, and celebrate your independence!
