We’ve all heard that it’s important to drink lots of water every day. 

I had to come to the reality that I was not drinking enough water every day. I was drinking way too much soda and other sugary drinks. It was nothing for me to drink sweet tea or lemonade, or soda with every meal. 

When I decided to take my health seriously, I had to stop ignoring the fact that my body was craving sweets and sugary drinks because that’s what I kept feeding it.
