The Mediterranean Diet: A Sustainable Lifestyle for Losing Weight and Reversing Type 2 Diabetes

 

Losing weight in order to prevent and beat diseases such as type 2 diabetes is something we should aspire toward. Achieving good health does not to be so complicated. 

There are simple lifestyle changes we can make in order to experience lasting results.

In today’s episode, I share my personal experience with adopting the Mediterranean diet as a lifestyle. It helped me to lose weight and reverse Type 2 Diabetes. Not only that, I no longer have high cholesterol and high blood pressure.

A simple change to my eating habits helped me to completely get off meds, and finally achieve good health. Because of those changes and remaining consistent, my doctor confirmed that I no longer need meds.
